Work

What we have actually shipped.

Three sites you can open in a new tab, and the platforms behind them. We describe systems by what they do, never by who paid for them — so there are no client logos on this page, deliberately.

Products and platforms

The systems behind the sites.

Software with users, roles, money or realtime state in it — the work that does not fit on a marketing page.

Outbound sales command centre

The system a calling floor runs its day on: a focused dialer, scheduled callbacks, CSV import with global phone de-duplication, and a realtime queue that surfaces hot leads the moment they land.

Commission lifecycle with an audit trail, live leaderboard, team management, and confirmed bookings that write themselves into the manager's calendar. Access is enforced in the database with row-level security and definer functions, not in the client.

AI receptionist platform

A voice agent that answers inbound calls, plus the operator and client dashboards around it: call logs, transcripts, appointment booking and impact reporting.

Intent-signal lead engine

Harvests people publicly asking for the thing you sell across several platforms, scores and de-duplicates them, drafts a personalised opener, and books the discovery call through a public booking link.

Sending is paced and capped with a kill switch, because the fastest way to lose a channel is to use it too hard.

Services marketplace

A booking marketplace with four surfaces — public site, customer account, professional app and admin console — over a pricing engine and a booking state machine.

Multi-vendor headless commerce

A commerce engine and storefront for a marketplace with many sellers: catalogue, orders, and vendor-level fulfilment kept apart from the shopfront that renders them.

Split-payments API and settlement console

Payment infrastructure on Stripe Connect that splits an incoming payment between several parties and settles it, with an operator console over the ledger.

Runs against a mock payment driver offline, so the settlement logic can be tested without moving real money.

Instant quoting tool for trades

A rough job description goes in; a branded, itemised PDF quote comes out — editable before it is sent, with the tradesperson's own logo and rates.

Shipped twice: a single-file tool, then a hosted subscription version with accounts and quote history.

Real-time sales co-pilot

Listens to a live high-ticket call and puts a structured coaching card on screen — objection, suggested response, next step — while the conversation is still happening.

Market intelligence and arbitrage scanners

Reads live marketplace listings against sold comparables to work out what a thing is really worth, whole or in parts, and what margin is left after the work.

The hard part is refusing to answer: a comparable that isn't like-for-like is worse than no number, so the scanners return nothing rather than a confident guess.

Tools

Smaller things, built because we needed them.

Mostly local-first or entirely in the browser, which is a design position rather than a shortcut: the file never leaves the machine.

Browser tools

A PDF workbench, an image compressor, a background remover and a screen recorder — each doing its work in the browser, so the file never leaves the machine.

Transcript-based media editor

Edit a recording by editing its transcript: strike a word out and the audio skips it, then export the trimmed file.

  • Whisper
  • ffmpeg.wasm

Local dictation and meeting notes

Push-to-talk dictation and a meeting notetaker that captures microphone and system audio as two separate tracks, transcribes both locally and interleaves them into one attributed transcript.

Everything stays on the machine — no audio is uploaded anywhere.

Bring the problem rather than the spec. Half an hour is usually enough to work out whether it is a website, an automation, or a product.
